Vegetarian Pita Bread Taco Recipe

Ingredients:

Two cans of chickpeas
Pita bread
Sour cream
1 cucumber
Parsley
Paprika powder
Cumin powder
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil

Instructions:

Bake the chickpeas: Open the cans of chickpeas and pass them through a strainer to remove excess water. Place them on an oven tray and season to taste with paprika, cumin, pepper, salt, and olive oil. Bake them at 130°C, or 266° Fahrenheit, for half an hour.

Prepare the cucumber:

Peel the cucumber, and cut it carefully into fine strips.

Assemble the taco:

Spread the sour cream on the pita bread, place the cucumber strips on top of that, and then layer in the chickpeas and parsley.

Ready to serve immediately!
